Welcome to the Virtual Nursery Field Trip!

If you teach Nursery Production or related courses, you know that offering field trips to nursery production operations can be limited by budgets, logistics, and geography.

The Virtual Nursery Field Trip (VNFT) documents nursery production operations in HD at 42 nursery businesses in 22 states.

VNFT videos are arranged by topic with individual video segments ranging from a few seconds to several minutes. Videos can easily be incorporated into in-class presentations or online courses. VNFT also contains company profiles for most of the businesses featured in videos.

VNFT is available free-of-charge to educators for use in Nursery Production or related courses (propagation, greenhouse, entomology, weed science). Videos may be downloaded or streamed online.
