ADEM requires records to document/demonstrate activities used to follow BMPs / WMSPs / CNMPs.  AFO/CAFO owners/operators, and/or their agents, are responsible for maintaining records (up to 5 years) that effectively and clearly show what was done to implement these BMPs / WMSPs / CNMPs.
