Apple Bans Apps built using forthcoming Flash CS5 translation tool!

By now, most of you have probably seen or heard about Apple iPhone SDK 4.0 and a small item in 4.0 Terms of Services, notably 3.3.1:
“Applications that link to Documented APIs through an intermediary translation or compatibility layer or tool are prohibited.”

Of course Flex/Flash developers around the world are angered by this announcement.

How will this news effect the CS5 Launch on Monday? Be there and find out!

Please be a little early because the streaming is expected to start promptly at 10 a.m.
