Southeastern endemic species occupying a monotypic genus. Fragrant flowers small size and good fall color make it useful in the plantings.
Cultural Requirements
A denizen of damp peat rich pocosins and edges of pineland ponds, it can grow on drier sites with sufficient watering. Part shade to full sun.
