Restricted Use Dealer Permit
What is a Restricted Use Dealer? A Dealer who markets and/or distributes Restricted Use Pesticides. This Permit is issued to any Business that sells Restricted Use Pesticides.
The cost of the annual Permit is $45.00 and it expires on 12/31 of each calendar year.
In order to apply for the permit, the business must have a certified person who has taken and passed the Restricted Use Dealer Examination. There is no cost to take the exam. The exam is good for 3 years and then must be retaken.
