Alabama Grazing Clinic

Alabama Grazing Clinics are one-day grazing management workshops that were developed to provide the latest information and instruction on grazing management to Alabama livestock producers. The clinics provide instruction and outdoor exercises designed to educate participants in the principles of grazing management. Topics are listed below. The Alabama Forage and Grassland Coalition sponsors the school, which was organized to promote improved forage quality and grazing practices.

Alabama Grazing Clinics are held at various locations and on various dates throughout the year. Check with your Alabama County or Regional Agricultural Extension Agent for details about upcoming clinics.
